“I distinctly remember one day pulling my old large blue seminary scripture chase  Book of Mormon from its place on my bookshelf, and holding is close as the desire came of wanting to really get to know the book. My thought then was that creating a computer platform for its study would be a perfect way to really absorb its message, That exact opportunity eventually came about working through the volumes of commentary for the Step by Step through The Book of Mormon website. For this opportunity I am so grateful, seems that one can study if for a lifetime and always learn.

The significance of The Book of Mormon in our life is shared by many scholars, an example as Gerald Lund writes: Lehi’s great blessing to his son Jacob is so full of doctrine and profound meaning on the “fall of man” (2 Nephi 2:4) that virtually every sentence and, in some cases, every word takes on great significance. In this regard, Lehi’s speech, although doctrinal, takes on the added effect of being a literary proof of the Book of Mormon. May you be enriched in your studies.”
It has been like a kid in a candy shop for me learning from the Book of Mormon.
